Great South Bay Brewery is located right in the heart of Long Island, New York. Sandwiched between the North and South Shores is Bay Shore. That’s where you’ll find us, right on Drexel Drive. Located in an industrial neighborhood—you can’t miss us, a 40,000 sqft. building known as GSB (that’s what the kids call it).

You name it, we brew it. And we brew it well. Home of the infamous Tipsy Tea line, no one can understand how we do it. But we do. We have over 20 taps— some of ‘em we like so much we keep on all year, others we change out to appease you, the beer drinker. The next time you’re in, ask for one of these house classics: Blonde Ambition Blonde Ale, Blood Orange Pale Ale, Jetty Cream Ale, or the Massive IPA. Not to mention, we also do delicious seltzers— “Spiked” Seltzers, to be exact. We added some to our yearly line-up too. Depending on how we feel, or the season, we have several rotating-taps dedicated to our limited release beers. Our limiteds are here for a good time, not a long time ;)

Back in 2011, we commissioned a 4-vessel, 30 barrel system. If this means nothing to you, in other words, we are no longer using Ma’s sauce pots to brew in. Our humble beginnings had something to do with a Watermelon Ale recipe, in a home garage, with a home-brewing kit, somewhere in Bay Shore, NY. Someone with a really big brain, and someone with a knack for the beer industry got us started (thank you, btw).

We also have the capabilities to host your next party. With 3 party rooms to choose from, with multiple beer packages to enjoy. We weren’t joking, we do it all here.

As of the Fall ‘22, we are proud to introduce the debut of 3 Full Swing Golf Simulators located in our secondary tasting room, and our very own Pizza Kitchen! For more information on reserving one of our gaming bays, click “Here” :)
